What is SIEC?
SIEC (Salon de l'Immobilier des Espaces Commerciaux) is Europe's largest trade show dedicated to commerce and commercial real estate. It took place on 10 and 11 June 2026 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, bringing together thousands of professionals: retailers, developers, investors, shopping centre managers and network expansion teams. It's where expansion decisions get made, where location projects take shape, and where retail players meet to move their strategies forward.
In a market where every location counts and where a bad opening is expensive, decisions can't be left to guesswork. That's why MyTraffic was there.
Why were we at SIEC?
At stand F038 (PAV 6), our teams met with retail and commercial real estate professionals to show them how MyTraffic helps make better location decisions, faster.
In practice, our solutions help you:
- Validate the opening of a new location by combining real footfall data, local competition and the sociodemographic profiles of the catchment area
- Plan territorial expansion with a data-driven plan built on your own criteria, not generic assumptions
- Identify the key success factors of your existing network to replicate them in new locations
Certified data, analysis in minutes where an equivalent project used to take weeks. That's MyTraffic.
We met you there!
Pauline Paris, Julien Herbeaux, Jonathan Cerf, Claire Lemercier, Adrien Coulet, Arthur Seguin, Sarah Meloni, Maxime Hutin, Adrien Coulet, Thomas Rossi and Paoline Aubey were on the stand for both days, answering questions and discussing expansion strategies.
A chance too to reconnect with organisations we work with every day: Gecina, Groupe Chessé and Savills were there. Different profiles, same reality: the strongest location decisions are the ones built on data, not intuition.
