Can you briefly introduce Klépierre and the main missions of the company?
Klépierre is a listed real estate investment company (SIIC) specializing in the management of shopping centers, and is one of the leaders in commercial real estate in Europe.
Our mission is built around three key areas: supporting retailers by offering high-quality, strategically located shopping centers that facilitate their growth; enhancing environmental and social responsibility through sustainable practices and community engagement; and innovating for retail by adapting to changing consumer trends and technological advancements to provide positive shopping experiences. We strive to be a reliable partner in the evolving retail environment.
How has MyTraffic helped you adapt your strategy in response to changes in your environment?
In Clermont-Ferrand, the renovation project of the urban transport network and soft mobility infrastructure is in full swing, involving large-scale construction work. Contrary to expectations, this work has not negatively impacted the foot traffic in our center. On the contrary, it has allowed us to recapture our main target audience: the city’s residents, who make up the majority of our catchment area. Thanks to SmartMonitor, I can analyze these trends in real time and ensure the effectiveness of our strategy.
